Subscription & delivery

Plans, edits, slots and what happens on delivery day.

  • Pick a plan sized for your household, choose a delivery day, and we send a crate every week or fortnight. Your card is charged the evening before each delivery, and you can pause, skip or cancel any time from the app — no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

  • Yes. Your crate opens for edits 48 hours before delivery. Swap anything you don't eat, double up on the things you do, or add extras from the seasonal list. Edits close at 8pm the night before harvest so the farm cuts exactly what you asked for.

  • Skip as many weeks as you like from the app, up to 24 hours before your slot. Travelling for a month? Pause the whole subscription and it picks up where you left off. You are never charged for a crate you skipped.

  • We run routes across central, east and south Bengaluru — Domlur, Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Hebbal and the neighbourhoods between them. Every crate arrives in a two-hour window you choose: 6–8am, 8–10am or 5–7pm. Enter your pincode when you sign up and the app will tell you immediately whether you are on a live route; if you are not, we will add you to the waitlist and open the route once enough households in that pincode join.

  • The driver calls once and waits a couple of minutes. If there is still no answer, the crate is left at your door in its insulated cover and you get a photo confirmation in the app. Add a standing instruction — leave with security, hand to the concierge, ring the neighbour — and the driver will follow it every week.

  • One crate is the minimum. Our smallest plan is sized for a two-person household and there is no delivery fee on any subscription crate. One-off orders placed without a subscription carry a small basket minimum, which is shown before you pay, simply so the van trip makes sense.

Freshness & safety

How we keep produce young, clean and traceable.

  • Every crate reaches you within 16 hours of being cut. Our partner farms harvest to order at first light, produce is graded and washed the same morning, and it is on a chilled van by afternoon. Supermarket produce is typically three to seven days old by the time you see it.

  • Ozone is oxygen with a third atom attached. Dissolved in cold water it breaks down surface pesticide residue, bacteria and fungal spores, then reverts to plain oxygen — leaving no chemical trace, taste or smell. It is the same food-grade method used in commercial cold chains, and it adds days to how long your vegetables keep.

  • Every crate carries a QR code. Scan it and you will see the farm, the farmer, the district, the date and time of harvest, and the ozone-wash batch record for the produce inside.

  • Our partner farms follow an integrated pest management protocol that keeps chemical use to a minimum, and every batch is lab-tested for residue before it ships. Ozone washing removes what little remains on the surface. Produce grown fully without synthetic inputs is labelled organic in the app.

  • Open the app, tap Report an item on the order and add a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund that item to your Pickit wallet or replace it on your next crate, whichever you prefer, and you never have to send anything back. Vegetables are living things and a bad head of cabbage is on us, not on the farmer — quality claims never come out of a grower's payment.

Payments, crates & extras

Billing, the reusable crate, referrals and gifting.

  • UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and your Pickit wallet balance. Subscriptions run on a UPI autopay mandate or a card mandate and are charged the evening before each delivery, after your crate is locked in — so you always see exactly what you are paying for before it ships. Every invoice is itemised in the app and emailed to you.

  • Yes, and it is the easiest part. Leave the empty crate outside your door on your next delivery day and the driver swaps it for the full one. Crates are food-grade, washed and sanitised between every run, and each one goes around roughly sixty times before it is retired and recycled. If you cancel, hand the last crate back to the driver or message us and we will collect it.

  • Share your personal code from the app. When a friend takes their first crate, ₹300 in wallet credit lands with both of you and is applied automatically against your next invoice. Credit does not expire, and there is no cap on how many people you refer.

  • You can. Choose Gift at checkout, pick a four, eight or twelve week run and pay for it up front. The recipient gets a note from you on the morning the first crate lands and then sets their own address, delivery slot and weekly swaps. Gift subscriptions never roll into a paid plan on their own — the recipient decides whether to continue.
