Own the grower network across Kolar, Chikkaballapur and Doddaballapur — from first conversation to signed offtake agreement. You will negotiate season pricing, run the agronomy calendar with partner farms, and be the person farmers call when something goes wrong.
Run the 16-hour clock: harvest windows, grading throughput, ozone wash batching, crate logistics and route planning. Success is measured in hours shaved off the chain and spoilage kept under half a percent.
Build the app customers use to customise their crate, track a delivery and meet their farmer. You will own the ordering flow end to end, including the offline behaviour that matters when someone edits a crate on a lift ride.
Own the grading standard, the residue testing schedule and the ozone wash batch records. You will run supplier audits, close corrective actions, and keep the traceability trail airtight from field to QR code.
Take the story of a shorter supply chain to Bengaluru households. You will run acquisition across paid, referral and neighbourhood channels, and own the number that matters: households retained past their fourth crate.
